alt+f10 does not open indicator menu

The unity overlay (keep super-key pressed) says that Alt+F10 should open the indicator menu. Instead, it opens the application menu.
I do not know if this is a bug in the text of the overlay, or in behaviour of the shortcuts.

Thank you for your bug report, confirmed there. The google document also state it should open the indicators menu:

John, is the wording confusing there? i.e is the appmenu called "indicator menu" or is there a bug?

@seb128; Pressing ALT+F10 opens the indicators menu for me. For clarity, the 'indicator menus' are the menus that are opened by clicking on the indicators.

Not sure what the bug is here, so marking incomplete.
