Dash - Dash search category icons should be rendered exactly 1:1

We've had a report that the Unity 3D bottom category icons does not always look pixel-perfect. This is likely an off-by-one between the images and code, and is apparently not related to rotation.

- Fix the rendering of the icons. They seem to be blurred because they are scaled somehow

Unity bottom icons, as I'm seeing them here. The second icons ("the crayons") has some horizontal half-pixel fringing. Is this what is being described?

Comparision of what I see (unity=5.6.0-0ubuntu4) and previous screenshot from Cimi. The positioning is different but the rendering of the icons appear to be the same.

The three icons are from the package 'unity-asset-pool':

The bug is present, is not "Incomplete". You have to investigate why and then you can mark it 'Triaged' and later 'In Progress' ;-)

The icons are 18*18px in 22*22px canvas with 2px padding each side, do we need them all in 18*18px canvas instead? Is that the case?
