Bug Description
The range selector tools for size and decade in the file and music lenses are difficult and confusing to use.
e.g:
Click on 80s: it is selected.
Click on 90s: both are selected.
Click on 80s again: both are deselected???
Click on Old: Old, 60s, and 70s are selected??????
