Unity Greeter - use caps lock indicator visual asset

If caps lock is on a caps lock symbol should be displayed at the far right of the password box.

See attached design "login_meassurement-01.png" for details of the desired appearance. The lock visual asset is also attached to this bug ( caplock.png ).

This is partially implemented in 0.0.7 - there is a built-in caps lock warning which I have now enabled. It doesn't use the requested icon yet however, but this needs the entry background to be black to be visible.

This is probably best implemented by changing the GTK theme to use these icons

How should this cap lock this interact with the progression arrow (the > symbol when the user starts typing)?

Currently, it's one or the other and the progression arrow is preferred.

Until told otherwise, I'm going to go with the following behavior: caps lock being to the left of the progression arrow, and space always being reserved for the progression arrow.
