Bug Description

Moving the BFB into the launcher has reversed the window control button inconsistency. When launcher is not autohiding, the buttons now appear on far left ouside the window area. This is a worse than having the buttons displaced but inside window area.

One solution would be for the buttons to follow top left window edge.

Before the change it was the other way around we can arguably say that
things have gotten much better for the default settings with the bfb
being removed from the panel.

Yes, it is better than before but a problem exists and problems have to have bugs.

@Omer: As an user, I don’t think so. Can you explain that? I *lost* functionality when BFB was moved to the launcher, because now revealing the launcher by govering the “hot corner” at top left of the screen is impossible. This change also introduced difficulty to reveal commands, the panel now looks odd and space-wasting, and the launcher now has a button that occupies more space and it’s more difficult to use.

@fitoschido Please don't change bug status to "confirmed" if Ayatana Design is still "New"

What reasons for this button was moved to the panel?

Guys, this bug is not about BFB moving to launcher. This is about fixing window controls position when launcher is not set to auto hide.

Possible solution: Just have the launcher take up the entire left side (meaning the bit of the global menu that it's currently underneath of)
