Bug Description
The top panel applets should be usable from the Workspace Switcher and from Compiz plugin Scale Plugin (Super+W).
On Unity 3.8.16 (Ubuntu 11.04) this can't be done.

Closing because it's an old ticket. The problem has been fixed closing the scale/expo if the top panel is activated.
