Drag and drop behind launcher interaction is broken when dragging Chromium browser tabs

Description:
A interaction was specifically developed to allow user to drag items behind the launcher, see bug #702482 ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/702482 ). Although this interaction works correctly in Natty when dragging files, folders, and Firefox tabs, it is not triggered when the user drags a tab inside Chromium.

Desired resolution:

Fix this feature for users of Chromium. The interaction should be identical to the current Firefox implementation.

this does not apply anymore. dragging a text in any application or dragging a tab does not reveal the launcher as that was considered a bug.

@John Lea dragging a chromium right now doesn't work but it a bug.

@om26er Maybe "Dragging a widget reveals launcher" is a bug :)

Closing as dragging chrome tabs no longer triggers the launcher.
