Progress bar across middle of launcher item obscures the icon

When a Unity launcher item has a progress bar, the bar crosses the center of the icon. This makes it look kind of "crossed out" -- it's harder to recognise the icon and adds clutter to the launcher.

Firefox UX designers have reportedly complained about this, when considering whether to use the progress bar for downloads: the bar and badge "cover the most iconic part of the logo". <https://twitter.com/Omega/status/65532788371243008>

One solution would be to put the bar closer to the bottom of the icon. This might require care to ensure the bar stays visible when the launcher item is "folded" in an overflowing launcher.

It is generally better if a bug summary concentrates on the problem rather than assuming a particular solution. That said, Muhammed, please do not set bug reports to the Opinion status. Whether a bug report includes an opinion has no relevance to whether the code needs changing.

John, I discussed this bug with Mark a few weeks ago and he said I should "challenge" you to try harder. Moving the progress bar to a sensible place would require a little effort, but not that much.
