Please whitelist Shutter.

Shutter is a very complete application for taking screenshots of screen regions, windows, selections, etc.

Sorry, but I think that's irrelevant. I happen to like knowing that shutter was running by seeing the icon in the panel, I think it's important to preserve upstream functionality regardless of what new quirks may be added.

Shutter is in Universe, and not installed by default. As such, users should white-list it themselves. Also, it should now move to the GIR AppIndicator bindings (since libappindicator doesn't have a perl binding).

That's still an issue in Oneiric, shutter is written in perl and there are not libappindicator binding for perl to use

I will try to move to the GIR AppIndicator bindings as soon as possible. Hence, it would be really helpful to add Glib::Object::Introspection to the official repositories. Some information:
