Bug Description
To make the launcher easier on the eyes, reduce the INNER icon to 32 px like in the Maverick release.

Appreciate the suggestion, but this was considered and the change was
deliberate. It also tests well with users. There is a patch to allow for
custom launcher sizing, though it adjusts the size of the whole launcher
not just the inner icon on each slot.
