Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Unity is supose to be the unified interface of ubuntu, but these is a problem in daily usage:
For tablet usage i prefer work in full screen and i use finger, not stylus (stylus has same issues with mouse)
for example i work in a document with LibreOffice, and i need to check a data with Firefox
i want to «alt tab» (or use the workspace icon)
default setting of the dock is to be hidden when an application is in its area
so i have to use the top-left shortcup «ubuntu-logo»
dash appear, dock is in dark/fade effect
→ if i touch the dock the dash disapear *BUT* the dock too (after very short time)
→ sometime if i doucle-clic on the correct icon of the application i want to «alt-tab» it works *BUT* this isn't good for accessibility because i have to see the target icon over the dark/fade effect and it is very difficult
the default «Dodge windows» unity setting should be usable for finger touch device.

If I remember correctly you can un-hide the launcher by doing a 3-finger swipe. Is this what you would want?
