Sorry for being unclear.
My parents are *currently* using Docky as an applauncher and windowpicker. If an app has more than one window associated, Docky only shows one of them if you click the apps launcher. My parents never grasp that they have to perform another mouse action in order to bring one of the other windows to front.

I tried Unity yesterday. Unity has the same problems as Docky - it only shows one of a set of open windows. Therefore it should trigger the scale plugin if the selected launcher has more than one windows associated. As Win7 does.
