Launcher - Set Launcher 'Hide Animation' to 'Slide only' by default. Also introduce subtle fade in effect.
Description:
In addition to changing the default setting, experiment with a subtle fade in effect and also with increasing the distance the Launcher comes in before it reaches the point of snapping to fully into position.
