Bug Description

Description changed:

Launcher - Add a subtle fade in effect to the 'Slide only' Launcher reveal setting. Also experiment with increasing the distance the Launcher comes in before it reaches the point of snapping to fully into position.

When this change is complete it will be evaluated with a view to making it the default setting. However until explicit instructions are received to this effect, the current 'fade only' Launcher reveal setting should remain the default.

No, I'd like to see the slide+fade before it becomes the default, please.

Right now, slide only is the default, I can add an experimental slide + fade option so that you can test.

The question is:
Do you want slide + fade to be used for every launcher reveal animations (so using a subtil fade animation when the launcher reveals) or adding the fade to the slide effect only when hovering the bfb?

I'd like it to be consistent. The launcher always shows up in the same
way. That way is a proximity effect when it's being triggered by the
corner, and it's an animation when it's coming out because of a drag or
Super keypress.

So, I landed a new experimental option called "Fade and Slide" (not the default) that you can change in ccsm. It adds a very small amount of fade while sliding in all launcher reveals animation.

If you want to tweak the settings (launcher reveal % and fade % yourself), I can provide it if request.
