Bug Description

This is a feature request. It will likely need to be redesign for Ocelot and should probably be treated in conjunction with bug #739469 ("Dash search unavoidably returns offensive results"):

  1. Alt-F2 (opens special Dash)
  2. xbill [enter] (naturally a copy of Inkscape gets Launched)

Expected:

"The program 'xbill' is currently not installed. You can install it by going to the <Ubuntu Software Centre>" or similar method that is a combination of the plain Dash not-found behaviour and the command-line 'command-not-found' behaviour.

Note and the Inkscape launching, rather than erroring is probably bug #734738 ("Dash: Alt-F2 Pressing enter on the dash can start the first entry of the second group from the history") Marked 'Fix Released', but seemingly not so(?).
