Bug Description
unity 3.6.6-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Natty
In the Launcher, the "Applications" icon is a pair of scissors atop a set square. This seems to have very little to do with applications.
It is difficult to convey the idea of "applications" in general, but we can do better than that. A grid of mini-icons, or a folder, or a suitcase, or something.

We also had an agreed plan for an icon (which MPT may not love ;-))
which is a riff on (+) for "more like what's on this launcher". Please
get that in.
