Active Dash sometimes shows previous application name

Bug Description
Sometimes when the Dash is active (click in top-left-hand corner) then the previous application name is shown. This does not always appear to be consistent, it could perhaps depend on whether I'd clicked the desktop in the mean-time.
Ideally I'd expect that I wouldn't see the Application name when the dash is active, although the exact behaviour probably needs more tightly specifying.
