description |
To reproduce:
Open a application (say Thunderbird) and maximise the window. Open a window that is not maximised on top of it (if using Thunderbird you can press the 'write' new email button). Now when you try to unmaximise the maximised window by dragging down on the menu bar nothing happens.
Desired resolution:
Dragging downwards on the menu bar of a maximized application should always un-maximise the window, irrespective of it's place in the window z order stack. |

Three interactions:
1) single clicking bring the maximised window to the top of the Z stack
2) dragging downwards un-maximize the window
3) double clicking to unmaximize the window |
