[launcher] Workspace switcher icon should indicate what workspace is currently selected

The workspaces switcher (icon in panel) doesn't change location when switched to a workspace. For example, if moving to workspace 3 the workspace icon in the Unity panel should move to workspace 3 on the four-squared image.

This would be a good idea to make it more obvious to inexperienced users who have never encountered workspaces before.

How would that look in the case of a workspace layout that is not a 2x2 square?

Their is a mini workspace inside the workspace switcher. It will just change
positions.
