Bug Description

Inactive menu items are used in bluetooth applet as labels to provide some information. The foreground color of such item is very close to background and text is hard to read. And it looks strange also.

I don't personally believe this is a problem since the point of darkening the inactive elements is to indicate that they are unavailable at this time to the user. By having them blend into the background, they are removed from view and thus there can be no confusion on the part of the user as to the status of these functions.
