Right-click menu on launcher items should stay showing if you move to a different item

Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

At the moment, if I right-click a Unity item and get the useful menu, and then move to another item, I have to right click that other item again to get its menu. I think that if you right-click an item and then move to another item while the menu is still showing, the other item's right-click menu should be displayed. This allows you to scrub across items in much the same way as the indicators do, and is handy if you right-click on the wrong thing by accident.

If the menu is short, this is not a real problem, for for example in the case of "Files and folder" I was not able to get my mouse to the
"All files" menu entry after right click on the 'Files and folder" button.

My mouse trajectory is described in the screenshot
