Power button dialog says "Goodbye" when you haven't chosen anything

Bug Description

unity 6.12.0daily13.03.13.1-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu R

1. Press the power button.

What you see: "Goodbye {your name}! Would you like to..."

What you should see:
* The text should not use the word "Goodbye" when you haven't chosen any of the options yet.
* UI text should not use exclamation marks unless something extremely dangerous or whimsical is occurring.

I've worked around this in the Spanish translation. I've simply replaced the "Goodbye, %s" with "Hi, %s", so the text reads more naturally. Maybe other translation teams want to do that, but this problem unfortunately will stay for English-language users in Raring.

(By the way, the unneeded exclamation mark is now gone.)
