New Unity Shutdown dialogs should show action state labels always

Bug Description
This is regarding the new Unity shutdown dialogs as seen in the screenshot attached below. As you can notice, it shows the "logout" action state label only when the mouse is hovering over the button. However if a user presses the power button, he is given many options like shutdown, restart, log out, suspend, hibernate. It would be easier if these labels are shown always rather than only when hovering over them.
I understand that this might break consistency with other unity elements such as alt-tab etc where the application title is only shown when hovering over than icon but in the case of the new unity shutdown dialog, it might be better of new users if they are shown always.
