Adapt the titlebar with according to currend hide-show-setting

Bug Description
I'm using the 'always show' option for the unity-dash but it looks weird when a window is maximized and the close-/
======== Possible solution:
It would be nice, if the titlebar is in full width when the autohide option is set and the dash to be in full height with the titlebar besides it.
