Bug Description

I'm using the 'always show' option for the unity-dash but it looks weird when a window is maximized and the close-/min-/max-buttons are arranged above the dash and not – as the eye 'expects' – above the most left window border. Even the window-title looks kinda distorted.

======== Possible solution:
 It would be nice, if the titlebar is in full width when the autohide option is set and the dash to be in full height with the titlebar besides it.
