Bug Description
Windows should not overlap workspaces but should only be visible on the one they belong to (à la Gnome Shell). In my opinion this would make the Unity experience cleaner; sticking out windows on the screen sides can be jarring visually.

I realize this is more of a feature request and would require real work, probably replacing the Desktop Wall etc.
However I'm curious about your stance on this issue and whether it's on your radar; it would make the Unity experience cleaner.
