Capitalization of "More suggestions" doesn't match the rest of the dash

"More suggestions" should be either "More Suggestions" to match everything else in the Dash or everything else (Recently Used, Files & Folders, My Videos) should be changed to sentence case to match.

Adding an ayatana-design task (and, if launchpad works, trying to assign it to John Lea) as we need input from design.
For Quantal, I spoke to Seb and as this would effect four packages, he agreed that it's better as an R thing.
