Add Shutdown keyboard combo

It would be nice if there were a shutdown shortcut.

Adding a shutdown shortcut to the shortcut-menu and deactivate it. So if someone likes to use Ctrl+Alt+Del for shutting down the computer, one can deactivate Ctrl+Alt+Del for logging out and use it for shutting down.
I think this would be the easiest way to implement it.

A more comfortable way for the user would be if one could choose between shutdown and logout when pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del.
