Bug Description
The site raises an error if a user tries to start a new instance after a second campaign has been created, even if the old campaign is deactivated.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a campaign
2. Start a trial
3. Create a new campaign
4. Start a trial
What should happen: you should be allowed to start a new instance running in the new campaign
What does happen: you see a 500 error screen
