task manager drag & drop doesn't cluster windows

Bug Description

I don't really like the way that the "group common windows" option works. What I'd actually like is a feature that just keeps common windows' icons next to each other, not actually collapsed into a single icon that takes forever to expand.

This is already the default behaviour if you disable grouping.

I see now that what I was seeing was probably that when I drag & drop to re-order windows, it doesn't move common windows as a cluster.
