"Remove Custom Icon" item doesn't always work

Bug Description

If I drag'n'drop an icon on Cairo Menu (currently the only applet using awn_themed_icon_create_remove_custom_icon_item) there are 3 possible actions/options. If I choose the first or the second, the "Remove Custom Icon" item works well. If I choose the third ("Replace all similar icons on the panel with this one") the "Remove Custom Icon" item has no effect.
