Bug Description

The last focused window will not unminimise via left click after using compiz or wmctrl show desktop.

To reproduce:
Open two or more windows.
Perform Compiz Show Desktop or "wmctrl -k on".
Click on the last focused window in AWN Task Manager.

The window can be unminimised via the right click context menu or if another window is unminimised first.

Kernel: 2.6.31-21-generic

I have the same problem even with the window list gnome panel applet. I'm guessing this is a Compiz issue . See: http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17296

I don't believe we are talking about the same problem.

When I show desktop (using either compiz or wmctrl -k on) and try to restore the previously focused window from the awn task manager left click does not work.
Using the xfce panel however the window restores as expected.
