ICON EFFECTS: Zoom uses small resolution image

Bug Description

Summary: Under "Icon Effects" when choosing zoom, the icon scaled is based off of the currently selected icon size. This results in a sub-standard render as the image is zoomed.

Architecture: Ubuntu 7.10 amd64

Fix: Use a larger icon to cache for the zoom animation.

I was going to report the same thing, so I'll confirm this with the latest in 8.04. I changed to svg icons thinking the quality would be better, but they still use the low-res scale.

This is a known issue. I'm planning on resolving it the next time I do major changes to AwnEffects. Possibly for the 0.4 release but I'm not absolutely sure.
