Bug Description
Currently, when the dock is set to auto hide it is not possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to display it.
This feature would be useful to users using laptops without external mice.
Some things to consider:
Keyboard shortcut should be customisable
When triggered, should the dock autohide again after a few seconds, or should the keyboard shortcut "lock" the dock until some action is taken (for example pressing the keyboard shortcut again, or any mouse/keyboard activity).
NOTE: This bug / feature request alludes to something similar:

As this requires adding a new dependency (gtkhotkey), this will probably be added, at minimum, in the 0.6 series.
