Bug Description

Currently avant supports themes per user. This is bad if you want to set up 1 theme for all users. Please add support for global themes (like putting them in /usr/share/avant-window-navigator/themes/)

Still an issue, or I don't know the correct location for themes :)

This could be a good idea, as we can :
- ship a package/tarball of themes
- allow packages of themes to include a awn theme.
