[Patch] Allow adding/deleting applets in AWN Manager

This is a patch for AWN Manager which allows a user to drag an applet 'package' (tar.gz) on to the applets to install it. As well as delete applets easily.

The tar.gz needs to be like this:
yourapplet.tar.gz
   /yourappetdir
   /yourapplet.desktop

A very simple layout.

this patch seems to be working great. I would really like to distribute my applets in this way. Hope to see it in trunk.

Update Patch.

1. Add/Delete Applets
2. This now check for duplicate applets, and updates them.
3. Devs can now do relative icon paths in the .desktop file
      ie. Icon=yourapplet/icon.png will be updated when installed to Icon=/home/<user>/.config/awn/applets/yourapplet/icon.png
4. Fixed AWN manager from crashing when an applets icon can not be found
