Bug Description

Imho it can be a nice feature if there will be some shortcut which displays a pannel and show little labels on each clickable element.
Just like in firefox with vimperator mode or like in cairo dock(but it can be done better).

Closest to ideal way imho was implemented in unity.

You are have an shorcrut (windows key by default).
If you press it and shortcut for an element(number key 1-9) on panel it will be called immidiatly, if you add some modifiers(like shift or ctrl) it will be like a left mouse click with such modifier.
If you hold shortcut for some time you will obtain map of available shortcuts.

But, i think it can be improved with making it more liking for vimperator mode (if didn't use it just try please it will make best sense than my words).

1. So if you hold main shortcut('~' or 'ctrl+g` for example) you just watch on map of dock elements shortcuts( numbers 1-9, then letters, in best case in order which has most short path for main shortcut, but it can be just alphabetical, then letters combinations).

2. If you press main shortcut you have behaivour like in vimperator plugin after 'f' key pressed, so just like an revious case + interaction with sub shortcuts.

3. Case 1 can be ommited, or avail interaction, but if it presented there must be little and opaque window with quick documentation at workspace center, just like in unity.
