Scrolling in shinyswitcher applet

Hi,

this patch complets the scrolling functionality as I think was initially intended. Written agains awn-extras-0.4.0.

Also included is a small patch to configure.ac to search for python2 and not python3, and removing alot of ending white spaces - discard if you wish.

Thanks for the patch. Scrollwheel has been working (for non-compiz) since November 2010 in trunk: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~awn-extras/awn-extras/trunk/revision/1472.

When I have an opportunity I'll compare your patch with what I already did and see if there are any improvements that can be brought in.

ah right - hm guess i got confused by bazaar / versions etc - it was at least missing from the arch linux package. I'm sure what you already did works flawlessly.
