Shiny Switcher shows 2 desktops in 4 columns when switching to compiz

I have Metacity and Compiz both set up to only 2 virtual desktops. If I switch to Metacity to play a game, then switch back to compiz, Shiny Switcher shows 4 virtual desktops at first. Then two of them black out and it's weird and broken looking, you can't click on the black parts yet the preview windows stretch into them.

If I go into the Preferences and adjust the Viewport Size in any way, it fixes itself. Attached screen shots should help clarify!

what version of awn/awn-extras are you using?

I am using Shiny Switcher 0.4.1, Awn 0.4.1-rewrite-bzr786+201011260222. It's the -trunk version from the awn testing ppa.

I just noticed another oddity, when I booted up this morning the switcher was 4 wide, but there was no black parts just two really huge desktops. Adjusting the viewport size returned it to normal again.

Yeah, this type of behaviour still rears its ugly head on occasion. I'll hopefully fix it next time I go spelunking in the labyrinth that is shinyswitcher.
