Bug Description
When clearing the recent document list in Cairo Menu, the user is not asked for confirmation. YAMA and Nautilus have a nice dialog for that with some information.

This patch uses code from gnome-panel (and says so). Before clearing the Recent Documents List, it asks the user for confirmation. If the Recent Documents List is empty, the menu is made insensitve.
Apart from a translators comment, adding an icon for the window and integrating it, it's all from gnome-panel, with copyright and licence information inside.
