cairo-menu: no logout entry on Hardy (GNOME 2.22)

Bug Description

Ubuntu Hardy, running GNOME 2.22
Awn 0.4.0 + Awn Extras 0.4.0 (via packages)

Cairo Menu's "Session" section of the menu only shows "Suspend" and "Hibernate". It should show "Logout", which runs the logout modal dialog. It doesn't show that item because that version of gnome-session did not provide the DBus service that cairo-menu is looking for.

@Mark: Btw where did you get 0.4.0 Hardy packages from? We don't have them because of problems with building gir-repository on hardy.

@Michal
gir-repository was easy to fix (just culled packages like babl and avahi). libdesktop-agnostic was harder.

WRT the bug:

I have confirmed (via my PPA) that this fix indeed fixes the bug, and I will be making a merge request shortly.
