Bug Description

unlike all other icons, the tomboy applet icon doesn't scale up or down if the icon size is changed (see the attached pictures). there is no error message in the terminal output that seems to be linked to the tomboy applet.

(also, although that is probably a different bug, sometimes the tomboy applet doesnt load correctly on startup and does not interact with the user right- or left-clicking until after a restart of awn.)

system stats:
ubuntu karmic, kernel 2.6.31-20
awn versions (from the ppa): core: 0.3.9.1.1-bzr638-1.9.10; extras: 0.3.9.1-bzr1217-1.9.10
geforce 8400mg (nvidia driver v183)
window-manager: gnome-shell

Changed in revision 1250 to use themed icon API of Awn (choosing a PNG of an appropriate size or a scalable SVG)
