Please remove the locations and readd them, or add them in a new instance of the applet. I have decided to not fix this because this ValueError occurs due to one-time change in the data structures that represent the locations. These have been changed a couple of days ago. Because python-gweather is only available since Karmic, there won't be many too users at the moment to justify adding code to migrate the data structures.
