Beagle (and Tracker?) support libraries not detected

Bug Description

The configuration build file in awn-extras-testing does not detect the Beagle support libraries, which are required by the Affinity applet to search non-applications items. This is possible the case with the Tracker libraries, as that configuration code originates from the same era.

Tracker works fine now, thanks.

But beagle is not detected. It may have something to do with Hardy, but I do have the beagle bindings installed at:
/usr/include/libbeagle/
(and I reinstalled / rechecked them, and they are definitely there)

The original affinity distribution also does not detect them, and as the configuration code remained almost the
same, I tried various adaptations of it, but I could not get a "configure.ac" that could build affinity with beagle support.

I suppose that the real question now is how much effort does the awn-extras team want to put into maintaining Affinity? I like Affinity, but it has its issues. Unless there are new plans for people to take over developing it upstream, I personally don't think awn-extras should be maintaining it.

From my perspective I'm perfectly comfortable with it in testing. I would tend to agree though that unless someone steps forward to active work on it I don't think it would be a good idea to push to trunk.

I actually think that a review of the current applets in trunk should be undertaken and some consideration be given to pull them out of trunk (leave them in testing) until someone comes along to do some necessary work on them.

I think this was released in time for 0.2.4...

At any rate, it's moot because affinity's been removed in Awn Extras (in favor of the separate Affinity project).
