No Copyright and Licence in BlingSwitcher applet

Please provide a copyright and a licence for the files of the BlingSwitcher applet.

IMO it should be removed completely if the copyright issue isn't resolved soon. This bug has been open for 2 months.

Blingswitcher is slated for complete removal from awn-extras and awn-extras-testing on 2008-02-11 if the Copyright/License issue is not resolved. If it is removed a copy of the code will be placed on a host (such as mediafire) and linked from the awn wiki.

Note that this not preclude the return of Blingswitcher after that date if the above issues are resolved.
