Bug Description

Matenu crashes with error heading 'IOError in MateNu: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/matrix/.matenu/.MateNu-Settings.xml'

bzr, no external graphic card. through repository, emerald window manager, ubuntu 12.04,
reproduces when i click over it
