Bug Description
The following is needed:
- Porting and packaging guide
- Description of each fixer
* What it does
* When was added (e.g. in 1.1a1)
* If is enabled by default
* If there’s any alternative implementation
* If there’s 2→3 counterpart and their differences
* If it takes any options
* Coverage, e.g. if it is Python 2.5 compatible
- Page tracking compatibility, some sort of matrix. What would it take to target Python 2.5 or Python 2.6 and any known workarounds.
