gedit - no icons on menu bar

Bug Description

When I open gedit, I am unable to determine what the menu bar actions are and they just use placeholder icons.

Looks like we need to add some theming packages by default.

We will be install the humanity-icon-theme package (and dependencies) on all container creations. This will pull in the icons needed to fix the issue seen here.

That said, a new Puritine click will need to be built and deployed in order for users to get the update.
