Bug Description
When I alt-tab, the screenshots of the open apps are not rotated correctly.
Example: https:/
To Reproduce:
* Open an app in portrait mode.
* Open another app, rotate to landscape.
* Alt-Tab.
Desired outcome:
The previews should be rotated to the user's current orientation. That is a user shouldn't have to tilt their head in order to know which app / document they are switching to.
