Bug Description
This is important as to make the building of the main wncksync library a little easier, and also to simplify getting it into main for Lucid (easier packaging, no need to explain mono deps that aren't used).
lp:~njpatel/avantika/wncksync.remove-mono already implements this. However, we probably don't want to lose the work that was done with Mono, so we could push that into another branch under avantika.
Another way would be do move the mono example into /examples and make it an optional build-dep.

Neil, your packaging branch doesn't remove them from debian/control, so its failing to build in hudson.
