Bug Description
The handbook needs to be indexed. This means going through the ConTeXt source code to the body text and everywhere where one wants to add an entry to the index, use the following syntax:
"I like tofu.\index{tofu}"
The \index{tofu} tells ConTeXt to insert an entry in the book's index appendix with the entry "tofu" and it's automatically determined page number. Here are the instructions from ConTeXt's wiki:
<http://
This process is fairly subjective, since one has to choose what to index, as with any book. But some common sense is of course useful.
